We've made getting to and editing your trip simple and straight forward. After creating a trip, click on the Launch, GearUP, GO! or Tell icon to begin adding pages and content. Keep your trip offline to build it and with the click of a mouse, put your trip online for all to see.
Click on the trip name and find all "trip tools" in a handy sidebar. You can access trip information, set trip permissions and add/edit and delete MissionMembrs, MissionSupportrs and people from your Mission Team. You can also manage trip settings, review your storage for each trip and turn the trip online or offline with the click of your mouse.
Due Dates, Passport Information, reminders about what to bring, and answering the same question over and over can be draining. MissionTrackr lets you create a list of items you want to track by user like "Passport Info Due by January 10, 2011". This item can be a reminder only or have a due date. If the item has a due date and the event is completed, you can mark it as complete in a person's account. They can see it and so can you. View items by User or by All Users to see what's done and what needs to be done!
In most cases, churches or organizations receive funds, receipt the money and credit it to a person's account. MissionMakr doesn't mess up your accounting. Simply input the giver's name and amount into the MissionMembr or Mission Team Member who received it. The user will NOT see who gave the gift but they will see the amount and the percentage they are to being 100% funded. Here's the cool part, if they are set to receive email and/or SMS Text notifications, they will receive the notification to their phone or mobile device.
